Jon Lamson is the founder, owner, and CEO of American Shield Roofing and Construction. With nearly two decades of experience in education as a high school football, powerlifting, and track coach, Jon took a leap of faith in 2019 and turned a pipe dream with friends into a thriving business. Since then, he’s been leading American Shield with a coach’s determination, a teacher’s heart, and a strong commitment to doing things the right way.

 Jon is hands-on, dependable, and deeply passionate about helping homeowners protect what matters most. Whether it’s meeting with customers, managing crews, or ensuring every project meets his high standards, Jon is the driving force behind the Shield.

 Outside of work, he’s a proud husband to Renee and a dedicated dad to Taylor, Alexis, Jackson, and Hutch. Jon’s leadership is rooted in family, faith, and service—values that shine through in every job American Shield takes on.
